I'm pleased to have you here in the Community, @pattyann1. I'll help you proceed to change your email address in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
When you want to make changes with the account information in you QBO company file. You can do it in a few clicks. To change your company's email address, here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under YOUR COMPANY column, select Account and settings.
- Select the Company tab and then go to Contact info section.
- Click on the Pencil icon to edit your company's email address.
- Once done, click Save and then Done.
