Usually, it should work if you have followed instructions per this article on how to cancel QBO subscription account.https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Help-Articles/How-to-cancel-your-subscription/m-p/187739
For some reason, if it does not work you should contact QuickBooks care team directly. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT.
