Then, if you can see cancel the subscription, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to verify if you have completely canceled your subscription. But, if that behavior still exists, I recommend using another browser to get this fixed.
Lastly, if you still found the same issue in other browsers, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team to verify your account and cancel the subscription for you.
The data is still available within 8 to 12 months after you have canceled your QBO subscription. It’s better if you have the hard copy ready on hand, to avoid hassle on your part.

I tried the suggestions, but all end in the same result. Please cancel the subscription on your side. Alternatively we can let it be; my credit card is expired and won't produce any subscription fee. Please let me know what to do. Thank you!

Thank you for your detailed answer. Unfortunately the issue persists on any device and any browser I tried. I'm asking for an expedited way to cancel my subscription and be refunded for the charge for 2020. The account can be deleted immediately, since I don't have any data stored.
