I was told I can link ProSeries with my QBO - under Apps

QuickBooks Online (QBO) lets you connect an App so you can manage your business easily.

Just go to the Apps menu, look for the app you want to connect with QuickBooks. Click Get app now to link it with your account. You can also visit our App store for additional details.

Additionally, in case you need to import data to your accounts, check out these resources that can guide you through the steps accordingly:

• Import products and services from Excel
• Import customer or vendor contacts from Outlook, Excel or Gmail

Thanks for the response. However the application ProSeries doesn't show up; so can't be linked.

Basically want I am looking to do; when the clients tax returns come in; I want to track that information for payment purposes with QBO.

It's possible that QuickBooks isn't supported by ProSeries. However, I'll route you to our Developers page. They are the ight support that can guide you on what app can be used as an alternative.
