I understand that you want to have a billing discount. It's best to reach out to our Customer Support Team since we're unable to discuss discounts and prices in this forum. Simply go to Help and select Contact us.

Also, if you subscribed to QuickBooks Online through a partner sellers, you can also talk to them about the promised discount. QuickBooks Online doesn't have access to it since they are the one who handles your subscription.
