I would like to resubscribe

Hi there, ettiewigs. I'm here to ensure you can resubscribe to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To do so, you can go to the Subscriptions and billing page to reactivate your account. I'm here to share the steps in accomplishing this.

  1. Log into your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Under Profile, select Subscriptions and Billing, then click Resubscribe.
  4. Make sure to update your billing information and use the same payment method and billing frequency as your previous subscription when resubscribing.
  5. Select Resubscribe.

See this article for reference: Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, if your account has been inactive for over a year, I recommend purchasing a new QBO plan so you can utilize our services once again.

Additionally, you can read this helpful article for managing your QBO subscription: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

Should you have other questions about resubscribing to QBO? Feel free to tag or post in this forum, I'll be sure to assist you anytime.

I appreciate you for joining the thread, @Liam79

You'll encounter the error message to resubscribe when your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is inactive. To fix this, ensure your payment information is up to date. I'll show you how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click Settings ⚙, then select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Go to Payment method and select Edit ✎. Make sure the information is updated and make alterations if needed.

If the payment information is correct, let's access your QBO account using a private or incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can use these keyboard shortcut keys to save time:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

If it works in incognito, return to your regular browser and clear the cache. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. Otherwise, use another supported browser as an alternative solution.
