Unresponsive features in QuickBooks Solopreneur (QBSP) are sometimes the result of outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. Fortunately, we can clear them in just a few easy steps.
We can start by signing into your QBSP account using a private or incognito window to verify if this is a browser-related issue. Depending on the browser you're using, you can use these keyboard shortcuts to save time:
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
- Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
If the invoice loads using an incognito window, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the issue remains, you can use a different supported browser as an alternative.
Once everything's fine, you can record the invoice payments to mark it as paid. Otherwise, the invoice stays open and remains unpaid on your reports.
