Is accounts receivable included in my year net profit or loss report?

I'm here to share insights about how Profit and Loss Report in QBO.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the Profit and Loss Report is a dedicated report to track your income, expenses, and net income by location.

 

However, if you want to view your Account Receivable (A/R) you can pull up the Balance Sheet report to display it. Please check out the steps below.

  1. Login to your QBO account.
  2. Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
  3. Enter the Balance Sheet in the search bar.
  4. Set the appropriate reporting date.
  5. Hit Run report.
