These changes happen if the users have edited the amounts or if your customer has an existing credit and the auto-apply feature is enabled. Let me guide you through the steps to review these activities.
- Open the Invoice or Estimate transaction that has changes.
- Click the View/Edit.
- Choose More actions.
- Select Audit history.
