Hi treasurer66,

You can run and export the Budget vs. Actual report to Excel to show only the four columns total. But before you proceed, you'll want to make sure that you've added budget in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To export the report:

Click Reports on the left panel.
On the search bar, type Budget vs. Actual.
Click the Export icon beside the Print icon.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) has a variety of reports that you can customize. However, not all of them are the same. Can you specify what report you're trying to customize? Additional information can help us narrow this down.

I am so sorry for forgetting to give such an important detail! :). I am looking for a statement of activity, basically an income statement.
