Yes, technical support is still included with QuickBooks Online. It's tax season and support gets very busy but they are answering all calls.

I have tried to reach a representative. Using the "Help" button does not allow you to connect with an expert. It only allows you to ask a question. Every time I do that the choices for answers does not match my question. Discontinuing customer support is outrageous!

QuickBooks Online does have a recent update that incorporates QuickBooks Assistant in the Help icon. This is a new internal support system that will help you in resolving your issues by entering keywords in the search box. This is also the reason why it keeps on asking questions and providing you some options to fix your concern.
However, if you need to get in touch with our live agents, you can simply click on the Talk to a human option, then type the details of your concern. This will show the Contact us link so you'll be redirected to our contact options.
