Is there a way to share the Business Snapshot with others who don't have a QBO login?

I've got some tips on how to share the Business Snapshot report, @laura-genrad-io.

The best way to provide the report to someone who doesn't log in to QuickBooks Online is by printing it. I'll walk you through the detailed steps:

  1. Open the Reports menu.
  2. Search for the Business Snapshot report and click to open it.
  3. Go to each report then set the date range.
  4. Once done, click on the printer icon.
  5. Then, click on Print.

Please see the screenshot below for reference:

For future use, see this guide about handling reports in QBO: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Fill me in if you have other concerns with reports or QuickBooks in particular. It's always my pleasure to be of help. Take care and have a great rest of the day!

I see the four printer icons. When I click on those, I see only the one part. How do I get all four on one snapshot?

I want to make sure you're able to see those four graphs when running the Business snapshot, laura-genrad-io.

QuickBooks will automatically show those four graphs when running the report, including the Who Owes you part.

You may need to adjust the Zoom of your page to see the other graphs. Simply perform the following steps below.

  1. At the top right, click More.
  2. Next to Zoom, choose the zoom options you want:
    • Make everything larger: Click Zoom in +.
    • Make everything smaller: Click Zoom out -.
    • Use full-screen mode: Click Full screen.

If not, it could be a browser-related issue. Let's clear the browser's cache and cookies to isolate this. Follow the by selecting your browser to clear the cache.

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect. To have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online, use a supported, up-to-date browser.

If you aren't getting those four graphs, you can report this to our Product Team. Just contact our QuickBooks Online Live Team so they can create a case under your company.

Get back to me if you have additional questions about running the Business snapshot report. I'll be around to answer.
