I'd suggest you edit your appointment in your QuickBooks Online mobile app. You can do that by following the steps below:
- Open and sign in to the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
- Select Live Expert. Your upcoming appointment will be displayed there.
- For you to edit your appointment tap on the appointment.
- Click Edit appointment. Change the email, then click Done.
If you get the same result, you'll need to contact a product expert via chat once more.
Here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks.
- Select Live Bookkeeping.
- In Live Bookkeeping, select Send a message.
- You'll be linked to a QuickBooks product expert who can answer your queries.
