Join nowHow can I change the email address where I receive notifications from my Quickbooks Live bookkeeper? I have spoken with a dozen QB support people, even had 3 of them log onto my screen to ensure the email address had been updated in every possible location on my end. You can check this article in case you want to reset or change your login information for QuickBooks Online.
If there's anything else I can help you with especially in managing your company settings feel free to post a reply. I'll be around. Enjoy the rest of the day!
Appreciate the suggestion, but appointment notifications go to the correct email. It's the "New message from your bookkeeper" or "New comment from your bookkeeper" or "New request from your bookkeeper" notifications that go to the old address.
