Buy nowI am trying to migrate my data from QuickBooks Online back to QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021 and I keep getting an error using the migration tool. I'm able to open the migration file within the migration tool but as soon as the tool starts the migration it creates the new business file but then fails with the attached error "Internal error: Unknown Exception". When I switched to the online the sales guy assured me I would be able to switch back to the desktop version if we decided to do so and now he's not answering my emails. I just need my data back in the desktop version, this is not brain surgery but Intuit seems to make it very difficult.... I'm guessing they don't want people to go back to desktop. I'll end up taking my business elsewhere if I can't get this solved.
