I cannot express my disgust with QB and their customer service anymore than posting this. Not one person that I speak to knows anything. Not one. Wasting life with waiting is the worse thing you can do to a customer. I just learned that the software engineers are not smart enough to set a system up where you list a Bank Transaction to a project that it does not automatically populate in the project section. So you apparently have to go into the Project sections and re do it. So what is the point to giving me the option to identify the bank transaction as part of a project if it does not link to that project? I wish I was smart enough to be a software engineer. Instead I am gods cruel joke of being the moron who can't his books done correctly.

We recognize the need to have the additional options and preferences for Project, like being able to link bank entries to projects. Please know that any changes in the program is released based on certain several factors. We're unable to provide the turnaround time on when new features are released in QuickBooks, since these are handled by the Developers Team.

Also, when contacting our support, it is best to ask for a case number. This is a unique ID created by our representative for documentation purposes. Using that case ID, any agent who will receive your call will be able to pull up your contact history, including the name of the last person you've talked to. Also, all our call and chat channels are recorded, so they can look up your interaction easily. I’m to the point where this is not doable for me. I keep trying but QB does all it can to work against their customers. This is all unacceptable. To not be able to link bank transactions and projects is the dumbest ignorant and intentionally bad thing anyone in the bookkeeping software business could do. It makes it all useless. Absolutely useless. Talking to a supervisor is just as bad as talking to a representative. Not one person in your customer service division is or has ever been able to help me or solve my problems. It’s absolutely pathetic. Almost criminal as it feels intentional to frustrate the customer so they hang and give up. I hope the geniuses who Invent this software find jobs separating garbage from other garbage. That’s about their skills are worth. And I am a moron. At least I know it.

Keep getting emails from the geniuses in your community asking if this worked. Answer is no. Nothing you proved as a solution ever works.
