Hi there, Rosinsk. I've got the details on why your accountant can't access your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.

There's an ongoing investigation regarding accountant users being unable to access clients' files in QBSE. Our product engineers are already aware of this matter. They are carefully examining this matter to get an immediate fix to get you back to business. However, we don't have the exact time frame for the resolution.

In the meantime, I recommend contacting our customer support team so they can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll get relevant updates about the progress of this case via email.

Here's how:

  1. Click Help (?), then head to the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Choose a topic you need assistance with or Ask about something else to add specific inquiries.
  4. Identify how you would like to connect with an expert: Start a chat or Get a callback.

Please also note their support hours so you can reach them accordingly. For more details, visit this article: QuickBooks Online Support.

Furthermore, you can also visit this website to see the basics of QuickBooks Self-Employed: Overview of QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I’m always ready to assist you with questions or concerns about managing your books or accounts in QBSE. Mention me in your response and I'll jump right back into action.
