Hi there, Rosinsk. I've got the insights on managing your accountant in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

If your accountant no longer has access to your books, they may lack permissions or are no longer listed as a user on your account. Therefore, verify their current status and ensure they are still listed as a user on your account.

If your accountant has been removed, you can resend the invitation to re-add them to your account. Here are the steps:

  1. Sign in to your QBSE account.
  2. Go to Settings then select Accountant.
  3. In the Accountant email field, enter your accountant’s email address.
  4. Click Send invitation.
  5. Select Text a code to verify your identity.
  6. Enter the code in the Verification code field, then select Continue.

Once done, your accountant will be added back to your account. If they did not receive the invitation, simply click "Resend invitation" to send it again.

I'll drop this article for you to learn more about adding to or removing your accountant from your account: Invite an accountant to review your books in QuickBooks Self-Employed

Furthermore, you can also visit this website to see the basics of QuickBooks Self-Employed: Overview of QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I’m always ready to assist you with questions or concerns about managing your books or accounts in QBSE. Mention me in your response and I'll jump right back into action. Have a great day ahead.
