I recognize your thought on this. Currently, there is an ongoing investigation into missing Shopify connector payouts.

In the meantime, we can disconnect and reconnect the app while we're working on this. Afterward, I recommend contacting our Support Team to add your company details as an affected user. Go to the Help icon> Search tab> Contact us.
