My custom management report will not show a preview or print. I get an error that says something went wrong, failed to preview a report. How do I fix this?

To receive the latest updates on the issue, I encourage you to contact our customer care team and provide INV-106769 to speed up the process. This way, they can add you to the list of affected users and get notified via email as soon as the issue is resolved. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the ? Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
