If you're saying you have a deposit held for review, these reviews happen periodically. They don't mean there's anything wrong, instead it means Intuit needs to review a payment or multiple payments within your deposit to make sure everything is alright. This benefits everyone involved in the funds transfer process.
Intuit sends emails to your contact email on file explaining what's going on. If you're not seeing any, you can also check to see if payments are held for review in the Merchant Service Center. When reviewing transactions there, if you see the term "Withheld" in their Method column, that means your payment is on hold and being reviewed by Intuit.
I'd also recommend double checking the email's spam folder as well to assure if any emails are coming in about it. Usually there's documents and/or information Intuit needs from you to complete our review. These types of reviews can usually be completed within 2 business days. Check your resolution center to confirm you answer all document requests and questions from our reviewers.
If you need to get in touch with them to discuss any reviews further, they can be reached while you're signed in.
Here's how:
- Use the Help (?) icon.

- Click Contact Us.

- Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.

- Select Start messaging or Get a call.

They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and discuss your review with you.
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
I've also included a detailed resource about these types of reviews which may come in handy moving forward: Understanding Payment Holds
If there's any questions, I'm just a post away. Have a wonderful day!
