My sales manager and I are in different geographic locations. I discovered that we are working off of two different files. How do we synchronize and use the same file?

Hello there, @cc1944.

You'll want to consider using a third (3rd) party app that lets you synchronize and use the same file.

In your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), go to the App Center from the left menu and browse for an app. You can also visit our QuickBooks Apps page for additional reference.

There are 2 options:

1. Migrate all the data from one company file to the other one by using one of these 3rd party tools.

2. Purchase a 3rd party file merging service

Once you have a merged data file, you may deploy a private cloud to let multi users working on same file at the same time.
