I have a solution to help you get past the blank screen when accessing your Profit and Loss report in QuickBooks Online. 


A cache-related issue can cause a blank screen when completing tasks in accessing reports. You can rule this out by using an incognito window: 


  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari (new versions): Command + Shift + N


Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and access the Profit and Loss report. When the blank page doesn't show up, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This removes the webpage data that's causing the blank page issue. 


After clearing the cache, close any of the browser's tabs to complete the process. You can also use another supported browser to complete viewing reports as an alternative.

2. Click the? Help button at the top right corner.

3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
