I want to take of your concern directly on our page. To do so, may I know what specific error message you've encountered when resubscribing your account? Any additional information will get us closer to the resolution and check if there's an open investigation about this. A screenshot would be a great help. Any extra information is appreciated.

 

In the meantime, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + H

 

If it works in incognito, you'll have to clear the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above don't work, use another supported browser as an alternative solution.

Hi I'm having the same issue but I have to remove all my data and clear cache but I don't want to lose my data. I'm filling for my taxes soon and I need it. How can I resrore my subscription without doing that?

Since you don't want to lose your data, we can proceed to contact our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have the tools to request an account reactivation and the expertise to investigate why you're receiving the error "Unable to Complete Request."

  2. Select (?) Help.
  3. Use the search field to enter your inquiry and search for Help articles, or:
