Since you’re unable to reset the pin, I’d recommend contacting our partner, Green Dot Bank. Their support team can further assist you and help settle this adjustment to ensure you’ll get the amount and operate it effectively. Simply call the number on the back of your QuickBooks debit card.

They called green dot a few times and there was nothing they could do.
They already tried calling green dot a few times. It’s a QuickBooks issue 100%.
