You can change your subscription by going to Subscriptions and billing under the Gear icon in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Before you start, make sure you are the Primary Admin and that your payment info is up to date, as changing your plan will remove any current discounts.
If you downgrade your plan, you must turn off any features not included in the new version, such as inventory or recurring transactions, and stay within the new usage limits. To proceed, choose either Upgrade your plan or Downgrade your plan and follow the on-screen steps to change your subscription.
