Need to change my subscription

You can change your plan at any time by going to the Gear icon> Account and Settings > Subscriptions and billing. From there, simply locate your QuickBooks Online subscription and select either Upgrade your plan or Downgrade your plan and follow the guided on-screen steps. Make sure you are logged in as the Primary Admin and that your payment information is fully up to date.

If you are planning to downgrade, you’ll want to ensure your account is ready for the move. This involves turning off features not supported by the lower-tier plan such as recurring transactions or automated inventory and ensuring your data fits within the new version's usage limits. For a deeper dive into those specific requirements, I recommend reviewing our guide on Upgrading or Downgrading QuickBooks. Know that switching plans will remove any promotional discounts currently applied to your account.
