To help resolve it, we suggest opening your account in a private (incognito) window and accessing the program from there using a safe browser. This can usually fix the issue.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to access a private window on different browsers:
- Command + Shift + N (Safari)
- Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)

If the issue persists, we suggest switching to a different browser like Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. QuickBooks might have a short-term difficulty with the browser you're using right now, so switching to a different one will let you resume your work.
However, if you still get the same result, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to deep investigate the root of the problem and why the issue keeps appearing.
