I have been having the same issue since yesterday 12/11/19 at 10 am and it still isnt working. HELP

It's nice to have you in the Community. I'm here to help you get past the error, 502 Bad Gateway that you're receiving and get you back on track.

 

Error 502 Bad Gateway indicates that the server was acting as a gateway or proxy and received an invalid response from the upstream server. In this case, you'll need to clear the cache of your browser to get this sorted out.

 

The keyboard shortcuts vary depending on the browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to access payroll through the employee's section, you can log out and close the private browser. Then, open the regular browser (Ctrl + N), and clear the cache.
