Buy nowI processed a subscription payment on my essentials online account. My account is now inactive. Online support says the account was deleted because it was inactive for 1 year. It was inactive. I use it every week for over a year now. The re-subscribe process took the money from my bank account but QB deleted my account. QB support says there is nothing they can do to get it back.
Is this normal QB behavior?
Anyone had this happen to their account?
Correction...It was not inactive.....My account was active for the past year and a half.
Hello @KDSanders, I see how important this is for you, and I understand your concern.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts will delete your data after a year of inactivity. You have a read-only access once cancelled. You can print all necessary forms and reports that you need in the future.
Also, you might have multiple accounts, make sure to use the correct credentials when logging in.
To check where the charge is coming from, you can refer to this article: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.
I would highly recommend you to contact our Online Support Team again for us to double-check and validate the charge in your account.
