To start, have you received a confirmation email regarding the cancellation? If you haven't received the email, you could attempt to cancel it again. However, if you've already canceled your QBO through the Account and Settings, but are still being charged for the service, I recommend contacting our support team. They can investigate the issue and provide a solution to address your concern.

 

Here's how you can reach out to them:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Hover to the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  3. Type in a short description of your issue and concern in the box provided.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select the Chat or Callback option.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
