Payment for a bill was canceled and not notified.

Using my intuit checking account I tried to pay my circle k fleet card. I saw the transaction pending and then it was canceled with out my knowledge. I found this out from my fleet company. And no record of it in Intuit. What is going on this has happened twice with another company?

I want to fix this issue as soon as possible, Jerlnd.

We can work together to fix this canceled bill payment as quickly as possible. I'll make sure it gets handled right away.

If you use bank transfer to pay your vendor, ensure the following details below:

  • Make sure you set up the vendor bank through a private bank ad.
  • Ensure that the test deposit is successful, so the bank account is usable.
  • If the test deposit isn't successful and the bank account is invalidated, the payment will still process, but it will go out as a check payment.

For more details, see this link: Pay a vendor in QuickBooks.

Once confirmed and the issue persists, I'd suggest reaching our Customer Care Team for further investigation. I'm delighted to check why your bill payment was canceled and settle this as early as possible. However, I can't pull up an account since Community is a public forum.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us

  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat
  4. Complete the required data and submit the request.
