I received a call from a representative 2 days ago and he said that he need to talk to me about some suspicious activity and gave me the number [removed]. I've been trying to talk to someone every day since and I haven't been able to talk to anyone. I'm constantly on hold for 20-40 minutes before I eventually loose signal.
