Yes, you can add your new company file to your existing payroll subscription. As a reminder, you no longer need to enter a Service Key to add a company file to your existing subscription. Instead, you can add files directly. Here's how:
- Open your new company file to your QuickBooks Desktop account.
- Go to the Employees menu.
- Select the Use my Existing Payroll Service option.
