Personal Information stored in QB

To clarify, can you provide the direct location of the vendors information so that I give you the best solution to delete this information so it won't show in QuickBooks Online.

Thanks, and I stand corrected.  It's actually the Contractors personal information in Payroll, Contractors.  It will not let me save after I try to delete their SS#'s or addresses.  Thank you!  

Thank you for your quick response, @cp225149 Flyers. I can help you with your vendor’s personal information in QuickBooks Online.

The solution to deleting some of your vendor’s information is by heading to the vendor’s page.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to Expenses and select Vendors.
2. Hover your mouse on your Vendor’s Name then click.

3. Click Edit on the right side.

1. Choose the information you want to delete and click Save.

Deleting the Social Security Number (SSN) is unavailable since it's required to identify that a vendor is a taxpayer.

If the issue persists, you can also perform basic troubleshooting to resolve browser issue.
