Since February 4t, 2022 (today is February 28th, 2022) I have been unable to get anyone at QuickBooks to fix my QBO Simple Start account.
My QBO SS thinks it is QB Self-employed because I clicked on a 1099 link in an email, and the account everted to QB Self-employed.
I have spent at least 15 hours of my time and 15 agents asking me to repeat my situation over and over again. We've used Glance at least 10 times
I have had supervisors say they will get it fixed and say they will call me back, and they don't.
I have had agents say I'll receive an email from some technical person, and I do not (I've even looked in my spam folder).
I have used incognito windows, reset my modem, used different browsers, cleared my cache and NOTHING WORKS.

I CAN NO LONGER CONTINUE WITH MY LIFE/BUSINESS IN THIS MANNER. I WOULD REQUIRE MY ACCOUNT TO BE FIXED, OTHERWISE WHAT AM I PAYING QB FOR?
My account renews in 3 days, but I have no access to my data.
WILL SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!?!?
