Previously when running a report it would show the number of rows retrieved, i see that is now gone, is there a way to get that information to be displayed again?

The number of records retrieved is important for me, is there a way to get that info without having to export the data to excel.

I'm happy to help you accordingly, but to do so, we'll have to dig deeper into this matter. That said, may I ask what information on your report you want to show or generate and what specific report you've pulled up? Any additional information would help us handle this situation accurately.

I'll keep an eye on this thread and wait for your update. I'll ensure to assist you promptly. Have a good one.

the issue here is simple, i need a count of the number of customers that meet a certain criteria or put another way that i filter on. Previously at the bottom of the report window it would say "# of rows retrieved", that was not a function i built into the report, it was generated by your system as it was on the bottom of the report "window" as in not part of the report. It was something that an sql type database would generate. Since there have been some changes and upgrades on your end i have noticed that information is no longer displayed. How can i get that info back, as i need to track customer counts. And i really don't want to have to export my report every time to excel or use the excel syncing feature.
