Buy nowI converted some Desktop clients to QBO and set them up with a free trial. Now I want to let them fall under my Pro Advisor subscription discount. Is that possible to do if they pay with their own credit card?
Welcome to the Community, @jworsh. I'm here to provide the steps to make sure you can add your clients to your ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing plan seamlessly.
There are two ways to include your clients with the ProAdvisor subscription discount. The first one is to continue subscribing to QuickBooks for them, which you have already done. It will let you pick the products that best fit their needs. Here's how:
For the second option, you can add your clients to your ProAdvisor discount who want to pay for their own QuickBooks subscription. You can give them a direct discount and let them handle their own billing and subscription moving forward. Here's how:
QuickBooks connects their accounts and adds them to your client list. You're now able to go through their books and make changes.
