Greetings guys,

I'm unable to access my unpublished ProAdvisor Profile! What could be the reason?

I've got a solution to help you access your unpublished ProAdvisor profile. 

 

I'd like to dig a little bit deeper on the issue. If you encountered an error message, please add it to your reply. That way, I'll be able to come up with a resolution to help you access your unpublished profile. 

 

In the meantime, you can do the following steps to help you access your profile. 

 

An incorrect login is likely the reason why you're unable to access your profile. It is connected to your QuickBooks Online Accountant account, so you'll want to ensure you're using the correct one. 

 

If you're having issues logging in, you'll want to recover it by following these steps: 

 

  1. Go to https://c1.qbo.intuit.com/.
  2. Click the I forgot my user ID or Password link. 
  3. Enter the correct email address in the box, then proceed with Next.
  4. Follow the verification and recovery process. 

 

If you still can't access your profile, then I would recommend contacting our ProAdvisor support. On the recovery page, click the Contact customer support link. Under Contact us, click the Talk to an expert button.
