Create and publish your ProAdvisor profile

If you haven't yet, create a QuickBooks Online Accountant firm. This lets you review your client’s books, edit their transactions, and fix their issues. You’re also eligible for ProAdvisor Program benefits, training, and certification.

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
2. Select the Profile icon.
3. Select Go to ProAdvisor profile.
4. Fill-up your profile.

Edit your profile

1. Select Edit ✎.
2. Edit your info.
3. Select Save.

Note: Select Preview to see how your profile will look like on the Find a ProAdvisor website.

Note: Before you can publish your profile, we need to verify your eligibility and identity. We'll publish your profile within 2 business days after we confirm your info. If not confirmed, we might email you to request notarized business documentation, like a business license or articles of incorporation.

1. Select the Profile icon.
2. Select Go to ProAdvisor profile.
3. Select the Publish profile switch.
4. Fill out the requested info.
5. Upload a copy of your valid government-issued ID.

Once we confirm your info, we'll publish your profile on the Find a ProAdvisor website.

You can update and enhance your ProAdvisor profile to get more leads.
