Learn how to edit and improve your ProAdvisor profile so you get even more leads.

Make your ProAdvisor profile stand out on the Find-a-ProAdvisor. Keep it up-to-date and lead with your experience, skills, specializations, and certifications. Adding the right details can make your firm more appealing to new potential clients. Here's how to edit and enhance your ProAdvisor profile.

Step 1: Edit your ProAdvisor profile

  1. In QuickBooks Online Accountant, select the Profile icon next to Settings ⚙.
  2. Review your profile.
  3. Select the Edit ✎ icon to update the info in any section. Then select Save.
    Tip: Double-check your firm address. This improves the accuracy of search results for clients in your area.
  4. Select Preview to see what your profile will look like on the Find-a-ProAdvisor website.

Keep in mind, it can take up to an hour for updates to appear in search results.

Tip: To see your current ProAdvisor tier, points, and certifications, go to the ProAdvisor menu. This is separate from your ProAdvisor profile.

Step 2: Enhance your profile

To increase visibility to your ProAdvisor profile, log into accounts.intuit.com and verify your information. Make sure your name and contact information match what you want displayed on your ProAdvisor profile.
