QB2021 Mac Not Allowing New Co. File Without Intuit ID?

I understand that you don't want to log in to your Intuit account when creating a company file. Let me assist you.

Please note that we're committed to securing your data which is why we continuously improve and update the security features of our software. Currently, there's no way to stop or make this feature optional. 

However, I suggest you send feedback about this to our developers. Ideas and suggestions from the users play a big role in implementing changes and updates to the software. Go to the Help menu, select Send Feedback Online, then Product Suggestion.

I wish you could assist me, but since you say there is "currently no way to stop or make this feature optional", it seems you can't.

I wish "ideas and feedback from users" did indeed play a large role in product updates, but we've been protesting / asking for this "feature" to be changed or removed ... for two years!!

I don't need assistance managing my data with intuit. I keep it on my mac, and nobody else has access to it.

All I want is to be able to create a (blasted) company file without being made to log in online with intuit. I don't think that's too much to ask!
