At times, unusual behavior may occur in QuickBooks Online. Full stored data on your account can sometimes be the reason for this to occur. With this, I suggest logging out and logging in to your QuickBooks Online to ensure that the program refreshes its data and functionality. Then, try to export the data to Excel to see if you'll already get the information accurately.
If the issue continues to persist, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They'll have the tools to pull up your account and process the investigation on why the Qty balance is different than what you export to Excel a. Then, get resolve it as soon as possible.
