QBO: Some states were incorrectly enabled as Economic Nexus. How reset those states so they are no longer setup as economic nexus?

I can provide you with some information on resetting economic nexus in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @metroretro. 

Once you have enabled or added an agency, you won't be able to disable it. I suggest getting in touch with our Customer Support team to check if they can disable it using their tools in a safe and secure environment. 

You can go to the Help (?) icon from your QuickBooks Online company to contact them. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent.
2. Select the Search tab and click on the Contact Us button. 
   
3. Select a topic for your concern in the What can we help you with? section.
4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.
