QuickBooks 2019 Premiere desktop - Can't sign into my program.

I have QuickBooks 2019 premiere desktop. The email attached to the account was deactivated and I can't sign into my program. I get halfway through the login process where I can receive the code to send to the phone number attached to the account, but I can't receive the code sent to the deactivated email. Because it's an older version, the help person couldn't update my account. All they wanted to do was sell me an updated account.

 

Any suggestions?

Are you able to login to your CAMPS as Primary Admin and find your license code in there?

QuickBooks 2019 Premiere desktop - Can't sign into my program.

I know it can be challenging when you can't sign in to QuickBooks, ddwalker. I'm here to help you with that.

 

Since you no longer have access to your email address, let's use your phone number to recover your account. This way, you'll be able to sign in to QuickBooks Desktop. I'll guide you how:

 

  1. Go to our sign in help page.
  2. Enter the phone number for your account.
  3. You can also select Try something else and answer other questions about yourself.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Check your phone for a message from Intuit or QuickBooks.
  6. Enter the code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for a little more info to make sure it’s really you.
  7. When prompted, reset your password.

 

If you didn't receive a message, I'd recommend sending a request to our account protection team to recover your account. Here's what to do:

 

  1. Take a high-quality photo or scan of your driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID. Or, you can use a notarized document with your name and address.
  2. Fill out the form with your info, and upload your ID or document.

  3. Within one business day, look for an email from no_response@intuit.com with the next steps. If we approve your request, you'll receive a link to reset your password.

 

Once you're back in your account, I'd suggest changing your email address to easily access your file.
