Quickbooks Enhanced Payroll for Accountants

I have been a QB ProAdvisor for 20+ years with an account that was set up under my old e-mail username. In 2012 I also subscribed to ProSeries professional and had set up a new e-mail address for my tax practice. I've had issues over the years from having 2 different Intuit accounts and 2 different usernames. I called Tech support several times and was told they could not merge them. Last August they suggested letting the old QB PAP and Payroll subscription cancel and just resubscribing under my CPA e-mail username. We discussed that it would be easier to do this at the end of the subscription period 8/5/23 instead of trying to do it in the middle of the period and having pro-rations. I did just that, took it off autorenew, then tried to change it over to the correct e-mail and username the same day so there would be no break in service. After an hour on the phone with Tech support this morning I was told that was not possible and they would not let me renew the Payroll for Accountants under the correct e-mail and my only option now was a much more expensive payroll subscription. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. If this is not resolved I will be sending out a group e-mail to all 18 of my business clients who use QB telling them that I am no longer supporting the product and will be moving everyone over to Patriot or Sage. I already have multiple clients complaining about the QB price increases so I don't think they will be overly upset about this.
