I hear your sentiments with unable to log in with your QuickBooks Online account. We understand the frustration of not being able to use this function as expected and the importance of resolving this as soon as possible.
Since you’re getting the same error and still can't sign in to your account as suggested, it would be best to contact our Technical Support team again. They can verify the account information and take a closer look at the issue within your QuickBooks account.
Here’s how to get in touch with our representatives:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click the Help button at the top right corner.
- Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
- Choose a way to connect with us: Ask the community, Start a chat or Get a callback.
