I logged onto my invoices and it's blank

Hi sandrabirchlicsw,

 

We are receiving reports concerning missing invoices in the QBSE web interface. Rest assured, we have promptly forwarded this issue to our engineering team for investigation. In the meantime, you can access and review your transactions through the QBSE mobile app.

 

I encourage you to get in touch with our phone or chat support. This way, they can get your account information in more secure environment and add to the ticket (INV-87908), allowing you to receive updates directly from our engineers. They are available M-F, 6 AM to 6 PM and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter something that says your invoices are missing in the web version and include INV-87908.
  4. Click Continue and choose Have us call you or Chat with us.
