Buy nowWe haven't been able to add new clients to our QBO for a week now. The tech support people that we talk to do not seem to know much except to say it's a software issue. It's extremely frustrating because we have new clients that we need to convert from QB Desktop and to do so means we need to create a client in QBO. It will let us get to the point of clicking "place order" and then we get the following error. Does anyone have any further information or know when we can get back to adding clients to our account?

I have contacted the tech support team and no one can tell me much of anything. It's so frustrating.
I was told by QB support that only a Master Admin on the company is able to add new subscriptions but I don't believe that is true. Can someone else verify? This will be such a hassle moving forward but we have to be able to create new QBO files.
Do you have a QBO Accountant account?
Yes. It's correct, Lisa.
To add extensions, additional functions, or subscriptions like QuickBooks payroll or QuickBooks Time and more. You'll need to have Primary Admin or Company Admin access because it has access to every section inside the company file, or if you're an accountant, you'll need to be granted permission by the Primary admin to manage your client's billing to be able to touch the subscription billing tasks.
