Hi there, we terminated the relationship we had with our CPA firm. However, when I log into one of our QB's instances, their email is listed as the admin, therefore I cannot make any changes, including changing of the admin. I've asked for the password, but nothing yet. As the president of the company, I can't even add myself or our CFO to make the change, because it's the CPA's email address.
How can I make this change?

You can still change the primary admin of your company even if your former firm is currently unreachable. I'm here to assist you through the process.
If you want to take over the role, you can send a request to be a primary admin to our account protection team. However, if you want to transfer the role to someone else, have them go through the process instead.

After you've completed it, our dedicated team will promptly assess your case. Once they're done, you'll receive an email update regarding the progress of your request. Make sure to keep an eye out for an email from no_response@intuit.com.
