Let's first update the bank account to see if the payments from Wise will be downloaded to QB. Let me guide you through the steps:
- In your QBO account, go to Bookkeeping on the left menu bar.
- Click on Transactions, and select Bank Transactions.
- Select Update.
If the transactions are still missing, I suggest checking the bank's website, updating the bank information, and checking for bank errors. Follow steps 2 to 4 in this support link: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QBO.
If those entries are still not posted, you can manually upload them to QBO.
